	Prepared all documentation to establish the GND Development Alliance as a 501 (c) (3) and reviewed and commented on the agreement between the City of Duluth and the GND Development Alliance to do the capital improvements and operate the GND Recreation Area.	Duluth, MN
	Installation of the waterline.	Lake Nebagamon, WI
	Will provide the bulldozer and helper to build the soccer fields and overall dirt work at the site.	Saginaw, MN
	Led by Doug Zaun, WagnerZaun contributed all the design work to update and transform the “shack” into a true community center including preparing documents for securing building permits.	Duluth, MN
