The second annual “I Love To Read” book fair is being conducted at The GND Rec on February 9 and 10th. The event is being facilitated by the GND Development Alliance with community support and a very generous donation from the Morgan Park Community Club.

Each class from Stowe Elementary will come to the The GND Rec for story time and refreshments as well as have the opportunity to pick two books at no charge from over 750 new books purchased for this event. 

Local community volunteers will be donating their time to read to the children along with special visitors from the Duluth Police Department and special guests Superintendent of Schools, Bill Gronseth and Mayor Emily Larson (if her schedule permits).

We are looking forward to a wonderful two days of reading and fun!
